2. We shall listen and investigate all complaints promptly and reprocess any article that is unsatisfactory, free of charge, should we be at fault.
3. We shall pay fair compensation for loss or damage due to negligence on our part.

5. We deliver the highest possible standard of quality and service in the industry.
6. We shall have all orders ready and delivered at the time stated, unless prevented by force majeure
Terms & Conditions
1. Periti is only responsible for items received for processing
2. We shall not accept responsibility for alleged garment defects or shortages after items have left our premises.
3. Garments are temporarily packed in polythene to protect from dust and handling dirt. Prolonged storage can render garments liable to fungal attack. Periti shall not be liable for fungal attacks on garments due to prolonged storage in polythene.
4. We will not be liable for loss or damage to garments not collected within 2 weeks or order completion. As such, customers should endeavour to collect their items within a reasonable length of time.
5. Periti shall not be liable for fabric defects noted before treatment.
6. In the event of a claim, the amount paid is subject to depreciation and a maximum of ten times the cleaning price.
